Default 5-15 minute delay

I have a 1994 Accord that if you stall it with the clutch or turn it off and try to re-start right away it has no fuel pressure. walk away for 5-15 minutes and it will start. I just replaced the clutch and after hooking up the battery it wouldnt fire. came back 15 min later, fired right up.?????

It sounds like you are having ECM issues.
It is common for a a hot ecu to not allow starting until it cools down.

Suggest checking for fuel delivery by listening carefully for fuel pump, when ignition is turned to On. If it's missing, the main fuel relay or fuel pump could be the problem.

good luck
