Hi Jim...
I see that I will have to go into that and study the sites info..seems kinda wild to me at the moment but I will give my opinion after I get to research it better..

That's a good find! Those steps are a combination of old drag racer tricks and modern engine tricks. Somewhere I still have a bunch of spark plug indexing washers. I always indexed the spark plugs on my V-8 tow vehicles in the past.....and the V-8 in the boat too. I'll have to scare them up for the 2.4l. I have tricked the intake air temp electronically to advance timing and add a bit more fuel , didn't relocate....... Got Mobil 1 0W20 in the crankcase since 3200 miles....not gonna mess with the coolant percentage....... the throttle body bypass is much discussed on other forums but I haven't done it yet. OOPS, forgot one....haven't insulated fuel lines but used to on big block V-8's used for towing.

How did you do the spark plugs? Just like the site says or did you use something different?
