i have an 94 accord lx automatic tranny and i was planning to throw in a 95 ex model auto tranny...so i was wondering if it will fit into my lx engine without any problems..thanks if anyone could help out before i buy the tranny...

sorry if im kinda stealign this, but i thought i would save the space. Are the ratios different for the ex and the dx/lx because of the increased hp from the vtec? just wondering

actualy they proabbly are... alot of honda tranny ratios change per model... ever seen the CRX model trannys... HF long SI short... DX 4 SPEED!

 

Yeah, I wouldnt be surprised if the ratios differed.

Speaking of CRXs, my wife wants one. But it has to be black with grey interior, and an auto, since she doesnt drive stick. Talk about a hard to find car.

You mean does it come with an auto? Yeah, you can find them, they're just rare. There is one on eBay right now, you just dont see them very often.

Oh okay lol. I dont know if it comes in that exact configuration either. I would buy her one, but its not really a practical family car, so she will just have to settle for the 2000 Maxima GLE she currently has. Im sure it will be hard for her to cope with the V6, all power options, including seats, leather, sunroof... But she will probably live lol.
