Hi

My Automatic transmission slip on all position, except in reverse with a delay. The filter and oil are new. The oil is red and smell nothing special. Last detail, many time the odometer display a bad speed and the cruise control run erracticly.

Is it the clutches, VSS sensor .... ???

any check engine lights on? does the d light flash?

 

IF your D4 light is flashing, then yes the VSS is MOST LIKELY the problem. IF your trans is slipping in all gears, it could be something like a bad trans pump
