good day all i have a 2004 accord 2.4 ltr that i recently had an accident with. i rear ended a van the insurance company has done all the repairs but now my air conditioning does not work. the condenser was punctured so they replaced with new honda condenser recharged the system but still no cold air. they took it in to a mechanic who told me that the clutch/compressor was faulty but it was working just fine at the time of the accident. the insurance company says that because there were no impact to the the actual compressor its not covered. has anyone ever run across this before can the compressor fail in a non impact accident or is it just poor timing on its part to fail. seems very coincidental. thanks
