So i'ev done all the bolt ons, and now im going to do the swap for the 5spd.
My one question is how to i keep my vtec running after the swap? and does anyone know how to get the reverse lights and spedometer to still function?
Should i just pay someone to do it (i dont want to) cause i want my car to still work but i also love working on her. Also i'ev read the h23 tranny has the slave cylinder on the tranny. the car im talking about is 94 accord ex

vtec has nothing to do with the trans

Slave cyl is always on the trans.

i was watching extreme 4x4 this morning and he converted a auto tranny into a manual, he just changed something internally so he was able to use the tranny as a manual but it didn't have a clutch. i was wondering if it was worth it how i would go about it.

trip tonics is not a manual trans it still a auto.

I know the preludes had them. But I believe it was the prelude SH so I'm sure it want be a swappable trans. Just get a real 5 speed if you want a manual
