Usually an upage in HP doesnt go hand in hand with a gain in MPG......................... So which way do you wanna go?

technically intake (maybe headers) increase MPG if driven correctly because it frees up the restrictive OEM airways.

I have the exact same car, I am looking to upgrade my gas mileage as well.

I was wondering if anyone had messed around with the Jet chips, can they make a difference enough to get better gas mileage?

The single MOST IMPORTANT thing that influences gas mileage is your own right foot.

Ive gotten 40mpg highwaywith 03 Accord 4-cyl 5-spd - IF I DRIVE SMOOTHLY.

my 94 lx with all its mods(signature) along with an igntion tune up gets like 20 mpg in city driving. of course it needs valve adjustment and some new belts but its ok

What's the service history on the car? Is all the maintenance up to date? Exactly what is the drop in mileage? Although the plugs are supposed to last 100K or so why not change them now? You just might regain what you feel you have lost IF all other items are up to snuff like air cleaner, etc.
