talk to the ppl at bisi they can tell you what cam you can run with OEM valve train. If he recommends valve train with diff. level cams I would take his word. This guy is genius he know what he is talking about.

Ive been trying to find a performance cam from skunk2 or any other brand in that matter but I only find regrinds. Not too sure if I want to regrind my camshaft. Is there any brand that sells them made for the f series?

hey I actually decides to go with a regrind from delta cam. they are much cheaper than bisi(it costs about 100 +shipping) and all the reviews on them are pretty good. I just got my skunk2 cam gear. Im very curious about the g22. I know that my accord is a Jdm engine, I says f22b but its a sohc. I guess they where named the same. Are the g22 done with the f22b dohc or sohc?

all g22's will be a f22x block with a h22 or h23 head. So they will be dohc
or the g23 with be a f23 block with a h22 or h23 head
Nothing wrong with delta I have heard good things bout thos cam regrinds.
Take a pic of your engine code stamp I'm curious to see it since you say it only says f22b. Are you sure there is no number after the f22b? not like f22b1 or f22b2?? Not doubting you just curious

Lightbulb

I put some pics up on the other thread I posted about the motor saying f22b. The last number couldnt just faded and the others not. There is nothing there to have erased it and just left f22b. I just think that the sohc in japan was also named f22b. or I have the block with a sohc head which sounds stupid cause that just doesnt make sense to do.
