My 02 accord v6 ex.I was thinking about doing a cls 6spd swap...possible?? need help.

 

You can do it,But will cost you more than the car is worth in most cases.

My advice is if you want a manual accord..you should get one that came manual from the factory,you will be solely dependent on the person,or mechanic who does the swap..

 

I have always thought that auto to manual swaps are not worth it. Especially if you are paying a shop to do it for you, because there is a ton of labor involved.

 

You dont know how much i want to manual swap,but sadly i know even if me and my dad do it,it wont be worth it in the long and short run. But mark my words,my next vehicle,will be a 6 speed.

I am always trying to shift into my imaginary 6th gear... what a surprise when I downshift to 4th!

 

better yet throw it in reverse going 70mph. lol

you mine as well sell the accord and buy the entire cl-s ur getting the tranny from, its probly a bit faster and no work needs to be done
