your auto had a trans cooler...the 5 speed does not.
Now does the 5speed have the coolant tubes or are you talking about your auto trans??....I don't really understand your question

I'm talking about my 5 speed, theres two small rubber tubes near the VSS connector on the firewall side of the transmission.

And what do i do with the coolant lines that use to plug into the auto transmission?

huummm I'm not too sure what the two hoses on the 5speed are I would have to really think about it and do some research. I just can't picture or remember thos hoses.

Now the auto lines you don't have to do anything with. b/c they go to the trans cooler that you won't be using anymore.

Some years have hoses coming from the VSS. That's for speed-sensitive power steering. I think you have to have the rest of the PS system to match. I hope you can leave the hoses disconnected & ignore them, or find a VSS for a car without that PS system.
