Hey , i have a 99 Accord Ex V6 and it just hit the 200,000 km mark, Is the end near for my vehicule?

ive heard that Honda v-techs can last up too 400,000km, is that true? and if i do have 200,000km should i put any work into it or just drive the car as it is?

 

keep up with the regular maintenance schedules, like the ones you can find in a Haynes repair manual, and you could potentially be driving that car until you can no longer buy gas anywhere.

 

if your car still feels like its runnin strong it probably is honda motors are built to last. my bros 94 ex is way past 250k and still runnin of course everything but the motor is wearing down and i know he doesnt take care of the car like he should

 

Like shadow said, keep up with te regular maintenance and it will go on forever, there are hondas running around with 3 times that distance on it, but those are also taken care of

 

When is the last time the timing belt was changed? If you don't know, change it ASAP
