ECU for 5 speed swap.

Default ECU for 5 speed swap.
Im swapping ou =t an automatic from my 94 ex for the manual 5 speed. I know i have to take the computer from a manual accord and put it in mine but do i need to do anything else as far as wiring goes? Its a OBD1 tranny with and OBD1 car so it should just plug in and run as long as i get one from an ex right?
