RE: Which Engine
yes using the search option is easy, i found it by just observing my surroundings. "newbs" wasnt meant to be insulting, i simply meant new person, dont take it out of context. if they searched, they usually say, "ive searched but couldnt find anything". anything else seems like they didnt even try. and i will ignore future threads about redundant subjects such as this. if they dont know about the search feature, thats fine. but if they do, that's just being lazy. believe me when i say this is annoying for a forum to just accept this kind of action. i could go to any one of the 9 Honda/Accord forums i belong to and ask anyone this and they would agree with me. i don't know if you share your knowledge with more than one forum or not, but it does get old after a while.
*edit*: 9, not 7 forums. |
RE: Which Engine
Honestly, things shouldnt be *insert scripted response here* when theres no less then 10 threads on the subject, thats why it turns to the whole use the search function. Its a situation that becomes a giant hole where no amount of intelligence will get you out.

RE: Which Engine
back to the subject.... i think an H22 is way better, more pieces 4 that engine and runs better and it's stronger, not to mention it's a Dohc (dual over head cam) which means better compression and more power...

RE: Which Engine
so ive heard that alot of h22a parts are useable on the f20b though can anyone vouche for that or is it just heresay? i found a guy near me that said that for the complete h22a engine swap with the sportshift auto tranny and installation is going to run about $4200-5k, but he said that the f20b with suto tranny is going to only be like $3800 total. is this a pretty good price based upon ya'lls experience?
