Engine about to go!
Please help with more information.
Why do you think your engine is about to go?
F22 of the same flavor as yours is by far the easiest. No custom-fab wiring harness, no need to find a different ECU, etc.etc.
H-series needs different engine mounts & more custom work. Look around for a few threads about swapping H-series engines. Lots of people have done it. It's not tremendously easy.

I know it is about to go not only because of the high mileage but also it is burning through oil. I check the head gasket and it seems to be ok, I think it is the piston rings that are worn down and instead of ripping my engine apart to rebuild, I might get a newer one. Think I should try to rebuild mine? I guess I just don't know what is more worth it.

Yeah I ran a search and found all kinds of information on swapping my engine. Thanks for that, I guess I should have looked first! Putting a H22 motor in sounds like fun! Seems as though it will give me the kind of power I am looking for without going over board. Thanks again for your help.
Yeah, maybe rings, but it could be much simpler like valve stem seals. Compression test, leakdown test, other stuff.
But if you're looking for an excuse to swap in more power, don't let me stop you. Just so you're aware it isn't drop-in plug-n-play.
