Engine swap for 96 Honda Accord V6

Default Engine swap for 96 Honda Accord V6
I am buying a 96 honda accord EX sedan V6 from a friend. Will the H22a fit just as it would with a non V6? and also, forgive me for what many of you might think obvious questions. Also, when buying parts for the engine later, the fact that it was a V6 wouldnt matter would it?

why not swap a J30a in there? it would be cheaper..........
