Engine Swap Help

Would i be able to swap my engine for a stock 1999 Accord Coupe EX Automatic V6 engine?

I'm not sure on the 6th gens, but i know on the 5th gens the v6 had a different chassis and the engine bay was bigger to fit the extra 2 cyl, i'm guessing its the same deal here

Would it be able to work on a single exhaust or would i have to find some dual exhaust setup for it?
