Default Engine swap or turbo?

so i recently completed my switch from an automatic to a standard on my 94 ex. But of course i now want to have more power. I have all the basic polt ons, intake too exhaust,(i forgot to support the engine while swaping so now i have a nice exhaust leak -_-). So im stuck at an impass here. I'ev been looking for a long time at doing an engine swap, from my F22b1 to a H22 or F20. But i'ev recently started researching about putting a turbo on my car. I can reasearch the steps and everything myself for the most part, i'm more of just stuck on what to do. Will i need to upgrade any internals to run say 10psi? And i wanted to the the head swap for a F22ax head, but i need to know how to do timing lol. I know im throwing alot out there but i just want to have a street accord that i can show up my friends 2k Civic Si lol. I know the turbo is the more simple of the two as far as labor goes but i just want to know what you guys on the forum think?

thanks.
