F22 to H23

RE: F22 to H23
Do you want to swap in an H23 or the more common H22?
As for a direct swap I don't know... I'm pretty sure that you need new motor mounts made to put that engine in that vehicle....
Also, you don't have to use caps lock and bold print for us to read it... In fact, it's easier to read and much more pleasant if you leave it plain...

RE: F22 to H23
If I personally was doing it and didn't want to drop in an H22 then I'd start doing a lot of research/reading from what other people have put in their cars, that should give you a good idea of the level of difficulty they had and how to do it... Why not just get a F22B1 out of a 94-97 accord EX and bore it, sleve it, beef up the internals and throw some massive boost at it with a turbo, that'd be origonal and still fairly easy to do...

H23 swaps right in, no need to change mounts, maybe some wiring differences.
