i'ev heard of delta once, are they reliable like bisi? cause i dont want to get a messed up cam back from them and my engine gets screwed cause of it lol.
With the pistons and rods what kind of compression should i expect? i'm all for the crazy hybrid build, i just know that i want to boost later so ya lol.
the h23 intake bolts up to the a6 perfect right?

you would have something like 10:1 or 10:2 c/r
Something similar to the h22a1 c/r. you are just using a 2mm smaller combustion chamber volume as the f22a head as its meant for a 85mm piston not a 87mm

yes h23 intake mani bolts right up.

I have never used delta but I have heard really good things. We have a sticky in this area of the forum about delta cam shafts.

With using the h22a4 crank you will be able to rev higher than the f23 crank will. That why I said the delta 272 cam regrind and h22 crank combo.

If you use h22 or k20 pistons is going to be little tricky to turbo later on. Unless it's pretty low boosting and awesome tune. If you plan on running pump gas that is.

well i was considering running e85 for fuel (i am not sure if thats what im trying to talk about, i dosent sound right)

will i still have useable power though if i'm reving higher?

i was thinking of just putting the a6 head on my f22b1 block i have now and running the heads ecu and an h23 intake manifold, does that sound like it'd give me a little fun?
the only reason im considering this is cause other things in the car a breaking and i dont know if i'll be able to complete the build right now.

i'll look at the sticky and do some research to see if i wanna trust delta lol
i'd just hate to see my build die cause of a mis measure on a cam.

the a6 head swap with h23 intake manifold will more fun than your b1 vtec. Also snag a f22a4 header and a p12 ecu from the 4th gen prelude.
But when doing your f23 f22a combo you will need to run a chipped p06 or p75 ecu

will the p12 from the prelude run the a6 no problem when i swap heads? or would it be better just to grab the ecu from the donor car?

the p12 is a f22a ecu. It will gain you 5 extra hp. I guess they give that ecu a better fuel map since the prelude was a bit heaver

alright so i tried to match up my distributor onto the a6 head and it does not line up, i can only get it to match up to one bolt. but the a6 is an external coil, so idk what to do lol, i can tighten it down pretty good with one bolt but idk how risky this is.
also is the firing order is the same right? i got the p12 out of a prelude that was literally right next to the accord except facing the other direction. lol
i talked to a shop owner here in san antonio and i'm going to put k20 piston heads in the f23 block, the c/r would be really high lol, but with a stock head 194 whp is what the engine in an integra dc was pushing.

do you have a youtube account under the same name because i think i saw you comment on a vid with a 92 accord swapped f22b1
