Few questions on a 95 accord H22 swap
Hi guys, long time i havent been here, but i have been working like crazy.
Ok here's the deal i have a 93 H22 block with a 97 head that ima put on the wagon. My question is this, does the motor mount of the F22 will fit the H22? Someone told me "YES" but just wanna make sure b4 i start messing with it. I've put some money on this motor and wanna make everything right. Its a complete stage 2 build (cams, valves, springs, pistons, rings, clutch......) Also thinking on boosting it...lol

you can use all the original f22 mounts except for the driver side you will need a prelude mount. But with all that money dropped into the engine why not get better mounts than stock??
ESP makes good mounts for under 300bucks for the whole set minus the front mount.
IF you boost you will have to run very low boost b/c of your c/r. you will either need to sleeve the block and run forged pistons that are lower c/r OR buy Mahle pistons that can work with the FRM sleeves.

the stock mounts aren’t stiff enough when you start making good power. Yes you can still use them...but you will go through them pretty quick. ESP makes good mounts and s dose hasposrt. But haspost is $pricy$ prob run you close to 500bucks for a whole set. I have heard really good things about the ESP and I will be running ESP mounts here soon in my cb7. They are also the only company I have found who makes the auto to 5speed swap mount kit too...they have done their homework.

Now Mr.G22 i have another question for ya.
1- On the H22, i dont wanna eliminate the power steering and a/c, would i have any issues with that? I can't be without A/C, can i use my stock one?
