Default Gear kick In Reverse When Cold...

Sup Guys,

I have a 2000 EX Sedan. For some reason when the car is cold and i put it in reverse the gear doesnt immidiately kick in gear. It kicks in after a second. I dont have the problem when i place it back on drive after having it in reverse and i dont have the problem when the car is already warmed up. This only happens when its cold. Anyone else have this problem? I thought maybe a motor mount, but wasnt sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default my 2 cents

if its an auto..which i think is wat ur describing, the "clutch" is actually fluid (thus transmission fluid). Until that warms up, any gear changes will be sluggish
