Governor?

Default Governor?
I have an Accord coupe V6 6M/T. Do these have a governor on them? If so, is it on all gears? Can it be disabled?

As a general rule, yes, there are RPM limiters and top speed limiters. That said, nobody can give you an answer until you tell us what you're driving.
