i wanna know where can get the obd II for swap i have engine and all the components for it and wondering how much will cost me to convert that obd sensor too help would be nice

Wait............what? you want to convert the engine to OBD2 or your car to OBD1.

Engine to OBD2-don't think its possible

Car to OBD1 buy a $50-100 wiring conversion.

I kinda confused too but I thought you want to be OBD1 isnt easier for your tuner??

well i want to be able to pass emission test so what i need to do to pass that or i think ill just register car out of town that can work which don't have a deq test

im sorry that i confused you guys i have engine and transmission and ecu all harnesses and i was wondering what i have to do to pass emission test

it would have to be a 97+motor and ecu to legitimately pass.

well that is its 98 out prelude and got everything on it except little short on cash hehe

so it should be fine then, but the ecu out of a USDM 98 prelude wont work.

97+USDM preludes had an immobilizer built into the ecu, so the ecu won't work when its taken out of the car.

So you could find a 96 USDM ECU(hard to find and people know its the only year without immobilizer so they are expensive)

Also think you could get a JDM P13

Some tuners claim to be able to burn immobilizers out.
