My idea is search and you shall find. What are you asking? What brands parts or what parts to use!? Your post doesn’t give any type of info on what your trying to accomplish...I say fail for your 1st post. Search engines are you best friends bud....

How much money do you want to drop? Best header you can buy for a h22 is RMF (must contact the guy personaly he makes them by order) but they are like a grand or so but make some sick power. If you wait another year or so bisimoto is working on designing a header for h22 engines. He made one for f22 engines and make like 26hp on a FULL STOCK engine. Then your next bet is a good name brand CIA and a full exhaust. But after all that work you will need a tune. So if you have about 2k to drop you can get the best of the best and have some nice power upgrades.

For the coilover post in the "wanted" part of the forum you will get better results.
