I have a H23A3 motor and i need to replace the head so i was wondering what would be my best option to do to get more power out of the new head. Since im replacing it i might as well do it right. I dont know too much so i was hoping someone could help me out. Which head, internals and stuff should i go with?

 

You could do a h22 vtec head swap if you looking for a little bit of more power. At that point you could add set of cams, valves, valve springs ect. You would need to get a chipped p28 ecu and have it tuned after. Also wire up vtec...but not all that hard to do.
