Default hard to start when Hot--'99 Accord V-6

I just bought the above noted car. Have already had the plugs, wires etc changed, new fuel with additive, new air filter, fresh engine oil with lucas treatment and filter, new egr (?) valve. The car starts immediatley when cold, runs very good while running, doesn't stall out or anything, but when trying to start after its completely warmed up is sometimes close to impossible. We WERE considering replacing the timming belt, but were recently told it was most likely the fuel pressure regulator and computer controller (?). Has anyone here experienced this problem and is this a "known" problem and is there a "known" cure (kit?)
Your input will be appreciated, as the car has been down for a week already,
Many thanx,
Earl

Some of these have an issue with heat soak, basically a vapor lock issue.

There is a TSB floating around, can put my hands on it right now, covering this. Yes, part of that was to reflash/update the PCM and change/update the FPR.

Default New problem for the same '99 Accord V-tec V-6

We solved the hard starts when hot by replacing about $650.00 in parts and labor--Plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, egr (?) oxygen sensor, fuel pressure regulater, lube oil & filter and air filter. Car starts great now EXCEPT now that cold weather has arrived. It seems that the "enrichener" circuit isn't doing it job. I just raised the idle to about 1100 rpm by adjusting the throttle cables. Will know in the morning if it helped. Is there an adjustment somewhere for the enrichment circuit or do I have to buy a new computer? If I do , I sure hope it not the computer box that controls the whole car !! Any suggestions??
Thanx
