Default Hard to start/rough start when warm/hot

92 accord 2.2 sedan
After running for a while or driving, when u get out and try to restart it, it takes a while to get it going, u can hear the fuel pumping going and the starter is working. There is no cracks or leaks or issues with the fuel lines.
Any ideas on where to start?
Change the fuel filter?, check the fuel pressure?, check the regulator?

Are you getting spark?

Are there any stored codes?

When was the last tune up (cap, rotor, plugs, inspect the wires)?

Yes getting a spark, and last tune up was like 3 weeks ago. We only starting getting this issue when our rad started really leaking and then we replaced it. So since then it has been a problem.
There is no codes either

is this the same car you mentioned was blowing blue smoke? if so, i'd check compression. a wore out motor can cause the symptoms you are having.
