wassup honda dudes! i took your advice for the exhaust now i am ready to buy headers and was wondering where and what kind i should buy. i like strong coating inside and out NO RUSTING please. i got the 4 cyl. vtec ulev

No header on a F23 unless you have nitrous or FI.

At low engine speed the airflow isn't uniform and will not move through the exhaust piping as efficiently. The header will give you less of a restriction at the upper range and therefore will dyno a gain at peak HP, but this is simply because the curves have been shifted up in rpms.

HP = torque * rpm / 5252
