if you dont want NOS or FI....bolt ons, bolt ons, bolt ons. get as many as possible. you wont get anywhere near 300 with them alone(sad you cant do headers) but you get more than 244hp. as for speed. if you want more try weight reduction. instead of gaining horsepower your putting less strain on the motor and it can pull faster. engine building is the next but very extensive possibility.

RE: I want more speed
ohh wow i didn't know it was that hard to get an extra 60 horses. Can yall help me decide then I just got my car 2 weeks ago, and I need it to last me for a couple of years, thats why im scared to put a turbo/supercharger on it cuz the last thing I need is my engine to blow or mess up. But I want more speed. So would a turbo kit ora supercharger be better for me. Im trying to stay within $5,000. Im still doing research but any advice would help me a lot. thanks

Those...20hp maybe?
If you want this car to last a few years and be a daily driver, then you really do not want to build up the engine. Modifying an engine puts more work on it and it becomes less reliable, and is suspectable to more things going wrong. Then gas mileage is going to get worse as well.
My opinion: if you want that burst of speed and dont want to tear the engine apart, get a small dose of nitrous. A 50 shot will be plenty on that J30A4, and you should still be under compression easily.
