Test OTHER lead for good ground connection.

Then make up jumper wires to supply power (+ & -)dirctly from battery to pump.
If pump runs with the jumpers, we need more tests.

I got a new pump from autozone $174 swapped it out, and she started right up.

Thanks for posting the FIX. I would have tested before spending that much, but you got it done.
