Default Ignition Coil Problems- Car won't start

I have a 1997 Honda Accord Station Wagon with 192xxx miles~~

So I was driving the other day and I noticed the car jumping, then I went home and got to a stop light. When I hit the gas again it seems as if everything died on the car. I got it towed back to my house and saw that there was a wire that was supposed to be attached to the ignition coil and it was burnt out?? Is this the ignition coil or just the wire> Do I have to replace both of these?? Please help I need my car

Replace the coil wire. See attached parts diagram. But do a visual check of the coil, spark plug wires, etc.
