spray water on the spark plug wires? where exactly?? on top of the engine block where the spark plug wires are visible?

The longest wire is only about 18 in. long. Spray a mist over the wires, you can see where they plug into the spark plugs, now follow them back to where the other end plugs into the distributor.

what's the recommended oil? synthetic & conventional?
