Default JDM Accord with F20b

Hello i'd like to start a thread about the F20b Motor.

I have a 92 Accord EX Coupe with a F20B that came out of an Torneo SiR-T Manual matched with a M2A4 Tranny,
exedy stage 2 clutch and lightened flywheel, skunk2 springs, tokinicko(sp) shocks, drilled and slotted rotors, P28 ecu, momo steering wheel, dc sport headers, dc sports oil cap and shifter ****, along with dc sport full thermal exhaust.

there are things i dont know about this motor, i know it has cast iron sleeves. but how tough are the arms? what is a safe RPM to shift? i hear 8200-8500. i have a p28 ecu but i hear the hondata s300 is better? what are bonuses to having a F20b vs H series?

the motor only has 37,000 miles on it, rare manual version of motor with 197hp and type s cams. it runs very strong i cant wait to dyno it and get actual figures

i just passed emissions yesterday and put my plate on today, really excited to get my car out on the streets.

What do you think of the F20b?

I don't know the answers to most of your questions, but this will be better in the Engine/Internal forum. I'll move it over there.
