when winter hits im saving for some engine mods i already have a cold air intake and exhaust but im lokking at underdrive pulleys and wiresets does anyone have any idea on what one to get first or any other mods for more hp?

 

I doubt wiresets will get you much of anything. From what I have heard, Honda OEM plug wires have outperformed some of the advertised "performance" plug wires in different case studies.
Do a search for underdrive pulley's using the search function. You should find what you are looking for there.
Other than that, headers (if you don't already have them), turbo (if you want to spend big bucks)
