First, does/has anyone ever used this stuff? What is your opinion on it?

Next, I'm looking at a bottle of this stuff on my desk as I'm typing (friend gave it to me)....I'm considering putting it into my 92 accord with 215k on it, but I don't know if there are any adverse affects that may arise out of using this product. Car has always run on dino-oil since it was made, and from what I've gathered, this is a blend that is geared torwards synthetics? Anyone have any insight on this?

Last point of order...Should I even think about switching to synthetic at this point? I'm not too concerned with the cost aspect of it, just from a simple "will it run smoother" point of view. Thanks for all the input gentlemen!

I suppose you could try it if you want but I'd be very surprised if there was any noticable difference. At the mileage youhave reachedstick with what has worked well for you this far. I am pro synthetic but there's no cost/benefit in switching to it now.
