Default Making it Fast

Yea so I have an '01 ex coupe and I wanna know how I could make it put out anywhere from 250 to 300 hp. I could go turbo or N/A doesnt matter to me as long as quick. And if I cant get that hp easy then I would atleast like to raise my torque. One last thing I wanna know what kind of ecu/other various electronics would be good to drop just to get higher redline etc. Thanks, John

I hope you water your money tree daily. You want 300 HP? K24 swap with Hondata K-Pro with a Garrett GT30R running 21 PSI of boost. That's a ton of cash before you upgrade internals, otherwise you're most likely going to snap a rod or an axle. They put redlines there for a reason, they're not just adjustable lines on your gauges. If you dynoed your coupe you'd probably see the horsepower and torque curves drop before the redline.

I'd rather drop $12,000 on a bike.

You could get to 300 if you boosted the mess out of it. But you would have to upgrade your internals. 200hp could be acheived by running a turbo at about 8 psi which would be safe fro a stock f23.
You're not going to be able to upgrade the torque though without turbo - we don't have enough displacement

Redline is determined based on piston speed and valve geometry. If you don't know how to do the calculations to find what these limits are, leave the redline alone.
