Default Mod Chip?

I do a lot of frequent searching on ebay to try and catch stuff low and I see a lot of HP Mod chips. Is it a hoax? It also claims that it helps gas mileage. Any opinions on this item? Here is the link. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HP-MO...spagenameZWDVW

i would guess its a bunch of crap, if for nothing else but the cost of it.

i have read before that honda's dont seem to respond well to modding chips. maybe its just some generations...someone will correct me.

Use the search function. This is a piece of crap. You cannot "chip" your model accord because it is OBDII. If you swap to OBDI (not easy) you could run Hondata or something similar.
