ok, search for all of these terms individually and read up on all of these topics: turbo, forced induction, BOV, intercooler, AF ratio, turbo timer, engine build, spooling, wastegate, E-Manage, turbine, impeller

as for the head swap, its either an H22 or H23 ....... I've also seen various F series heads recommended without rational, but it seems to be generally accepted that the H heads flow air better.
