Default need help

I dont know much about accords, and I'm tryin to make mine faster. I got a 03 honda accord ex, 4cylinder. what are some cheap things that i can do to it??

Cold ait intake! look on ebay for the cheap ones then maby upgrade the filter

What do you consider "cheap"? Most people start with intake, exhaust, header.

well how much would cold air intake be?? or header?? i dont want my car to have that anoying sound. i want it to be quite, or sound just like it is now. but i want it to be fast. a sleeper.

Intake should not make it too loud. Were talkin like $40 shipped from ebay then another $50 for a good filter (you don't want to use the one they send with the cheap intake).
If you don't want it loud, maybe ask some guys who have a header...wait a minute...are the headers welded on in the '03 and up models?
For more dough....we're talkin like $400 you could get a computer upgrade like a Venom 400 prformance module. I really don't know if it is worth the money though because I have not heard of anyone who has a Venom. Just suggestions..
