Arrow New guy here

I drive my 94 accord ex, has the SOHC Vtec f22b1 engine. 4 spd automatic (looking into getting swapped any estimates?)
I have an AEM short ram intake on it, Megan 4-2-1 headers stainless, and a cat back exhaust from Skunk2. I'm planning on geeting Eibach Lowering springs but not sure where to go next as far as power goes, i'ev read i cant get an H22 head on my block? but besides major jobs like boring and turbos etc. what should i do for my next step? Thank you
(btw i live in texas where it stays at least 90 degrees all year so i didnt think i would get much else out of a cold air intake over the short ram)
Also anyone try out the new V2 from AEM? i'd like to hear something about that.

As far as power gains go bolt ons on a stock engine don't gain too much. I would try a bisimoto camshaft to gain some more power.

bisimoto is who sells bisimoto.

turbo or h22 swap is the only way to get power out of your cd5

swap in a h22 5spd transmission, that will keep you happy for a while

where is texas do you live? im in the dallas area

Bisimoto is the brand. They make all the parts you could ever want for your f22.

They also have great customer service.

Or you could do what I did and go nitrous.

well if you don't plan on doing a 5speed swap don't add anymore power on that auto trans. I would just get a tunable ecu and have tune to get the full power out of your parts you already have added.
Now doing a h22 head swap is a whole diff ball game. If your asking the question you haven’t doe your research on the swap...so research is much needed for that question.

is the h22 tranny a direct fit to my f22b? and i would rather have a constant amount of hp rather than go nitrous and have it for breaif seconds, thats just me though. I only considered the h22 head swap cause i read that it can be done cheaper than a full h22 swap but after reading the entire thread made by g22cd5 i decided it was to much of a hassle and labor intensive.

has anyone done an f20b head onto the f22b block? or is the h22 still a better series?
