doing a f20b head swap is the same headache as doing a h22 head. They are the same head but the f20b head uses like 1mm smaller valves than the h22 head and the f20b head has the better set of cams. But other than that they are the same thing.
Also yes any H series trans will bolt to ANY F or H series block. So you have a few trannys you can play around with at that point.
