Default No oil in overhead cams, knocking

I have a 2003 Accord coupe 2.4L engine with 206K miles. It is well maintained and has been running great. Few days ago engine starting making some noise which started growing. Noise seemed to be coming from the overhead cam/knockers. With the engine running I removed the oil fill cap but did not see any oil on the cam.

It is clear that oil is not getting to the overhead cams. but I do not have the oil indicator on which means that oil pressure is good. Oil level is good and was changes 3 weeks ago.
I need help in diagnosing this problem. Do I have a bad oil pump or is there any blockage? What should be my next steps

Appreciate any help.

First, welcome to HAF.

Can you pull the valve cover and inspect?

Also - is/was the CEL on at anytime recently.

I have not removed the valve cover yet, I will do that next and let you know. The CEL was on a few days before the issue but turned off by itself.
