noise at 1600rpm

noise at 1600rpm
when at idle its fine but around 1500 to 1700rpm there is a clunking noise sounds like a rod bearing but is to high, its up by the cam, valves, water pump area. any thoughts? its a 2.2L non v-tec 94 accord
