Default P&P Head on F22A6

Hey fam, just blew the head gasket on my F22A6. Im wondering roughly how much time and money itd take to P&P the head while its off. My funds are limited so i was also wondering how much benefit id get from just polishing it and if itd still need to be flow tested for just a polish. I have all the normal bolt ons, intake headers exhaust... Appreciate any input!

I move this to the correct area of the forum.

You will have to contact a machine shop for prices and time. They differ from area to area. It will be big help to P&P your head. f22a head have allot of potential when worked over the right way. You don't have to get it flow tested but it's always a plus.

Sorry, this was my first post, never "forumed" before lol. Its an auto right now but the trans is slipping... I wanna put a 5-speed in it, should i go with one built for that engine or could i use one out of a '96 Prelude VTEC?

you can use any H or F series trans on your F series....and vice versa. They all will bolt up.
