Default P0505, P1164, P1259, P1456 help!!!

Got a CEL and these are the four codes I'm getting. I just bought this car about a week ago and am wondering what the problem could be. Its a 2001 with 140,000 miles. I looked up all the codes and they all seem unrelated. Is there anything that would cause all of these or am I looking at four different problems? There was no light when I bought it, and it ran fine for that week. Not sure how many of these are "new" or may have been stored previously since I never scanned it before.

pull your ECU fuse out for a few min and let the ecu reset. Then take the car for a drive and see if the CEL pops again. Then check codes and see what comes up...and post that.

Also there is a sticky in the DIY area I made for ECU and TCU codes if you need to know what codes mean

I have an OBDII scanner, and cleared the codes yesterday. Nothing popped up on my drive in to work this morning (about 15 miles and 25 minutes or so). It was running a little rough and the idle seemed low (almost stalled at a traffic light) for the first half of the trip, but ran great after that and the idle came back up to where it should be.

I have read through the descriptions of the various codes and don't see anything common between them. I'm just trying to get a sense if the fact that these four showed up together may point more strongly towards a common solution or if i'm just dealing with four separate issues.
