I don't know a lot about cams so does anyone know of a good one that would increase the torque of my engine? I have a 2002 ex v6 (that is the j30 engine). Also, if I were to install a performance cam, would I need to do any tuning? If you have a link that would be very helpful, because I have not been able to make heads or tails of the ones i have found. I am looking for one that adds more torque than top end horse power.

Not sure if anyone dose cams for J series engines. But if they do yes you will need a tune after the cam install. Look at bisimoto.com he can prob. do a regrind for you.
