A problem without a solution( Honda Accord 2009)
Hello all,
I am experiencing an issue with my 2009 Honda Accord. When the vehicle is in drive (D), it is unable to accelerate beyond 20 mph once the check engine light is illuminated.
Occasionally, the check engine light turns off, and the car operates smoothly.
However, when the light comes back on, the problem reoccurs, accompanied by delayed shifting and a pronounced jerk.
This issue occurs consistently, and I have performed a computer diagnostic. Each time, it gives me codes that differ from the previous reading.
I would appreciate any insights or advice on how to address this issue.

Let's start with asking, what codes has it given you? I know they're different each time, but it'll be a start as to what should be checked.
Also, have you cleared the codes? I could be wrong on this, but I don't think CEL codes typically go away on their own, even if the problem causing the code is resolved. I believe the computer has to be reset after the repair.
