Default problems with key-lock cylinder?

Hey

I own a 92 Accord LX automatic and I recently have been having problems starting my accord. I put the key in the ignition and the key won't turn to unlock the steering wheel no matter how much a fiddle with the wheel it just won't allow the key to move in and turn to unlock the wheel, is this a problem with my key lock cylinder or ignition switch? And also I checked with Honda and it is really expensive for a new one, can these parts be found used?

Thanks

Are you using an old, worn key. If yes, try a new one cut from the key code at honda.

try pushing the steering wheel up some, mine dose the same thing. (if you have tilt. lock it at the very lowest that it will go, then push up then try the key)
