i did the swap my self but no its not comming around the oil filter its close to the back side of the block but next to the timming belt thats how it slung up and when i put a new head gasket on and tighting everything back down and when i put in back in it was comming out the same place

 

are you sure it's not the oil pressure sending unit? Is it coming out of the block itself or what's it attached to?

 

like between the block gasket head

 

and it's not above the oil filter it's the the left of it? (drivers side)

is there any hoses or wires going to it?

And from the looks of it its leaking from your valve cover gasket. Did you use gasket sealer when you replaced the valve cover gasket?
