Default radiator???

i just recently took my 99 accord ex v6 in for its 130,000 maintaince and i just had a question. Before i took it in my radiator reserve tank was all the full with fluid then after the maintaince, they checked and changed all my fluids i then notice when i got home and poped the hood the reserve tank was completly empty, but i took my radiator cap off and fluid was at the neck of the radiator(i checked the radiator when the engine was completly cooled down the next day). my question is, is it ok for my reserve tank to be completley empty and my radiator to be full with fluid? my temp gauge hasent been reading hot or anything i was just concerend if the reserve tank needed fluid even though my radiator was all the way full. thanks for the help guys.

Did they do a coolant flush? If so they might not have filled your reserve tank...As long as you have plenty of fluid in your radiator your fine that means the engine had enough coolant to keep it cool. It would be a good idea to fill up the reserve tank tho.
